Rosemary Garlic Bread Recipe

The little princesses love to cook with mommy. They have been helping me prepare and cook some simple food since 2 years old. This rosemary garlic bread is one of their favorites, helped me so many times before, mommy is only allowed to place them in the oven while they get the bread ready to bake.

Rosemary Garlic Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil/ Butter 4-6 tablespoons
Garlic Powder    to taste
Fresh Rosemary    to taste
Long French Bread    1/2 loaf

Steps:

1. Slice bread into 1/2 inch slices. Take butter out from the fridge, cut into thin slices and place on bread; or use a brush to put olive oil on.

2. Sprinkle 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder on each slice of bread (depend on the bread size).

3.Pick and break rosemary into small pieces and sprinkle on bread.

Alexis: Mommy, there is no more olive oil, we need some more.

4. Move the metal rack into the 2nd highest setting, turn on the oven to broil (around 525F degree), bake for 3-5 minutes, or until golden and remove right away. (Don’t walk away, high heat can burn the bread in 2 seconds).
